aal question

I have two sets of all's that I bought this morning for 30 bucks with spacers. However, the spacers are two inch and I dont know which aal to use. One is longer than the other.how can I tell which one is the two inch lift ones?

usually the long AAL's will give you between 2-3 and the shorter ones give 3 . the longer ones ride and flex a little better and the short ones ride like a log wagon . the long ones have to break down the spring pack to install and the shorty just goes on the bottom so its just a matter of removing the pin for installation . i hope this makes a littles sense for you . write back and let me know what results you get ..

Thanks man, I think im goin to go with the long ones and keep the short ones for back ups or something. I thought it was a real good deal, I mean 2 sets of brand new aal's and a set of brand new 2" spacers from BDS Suspension for $30. Iv'e got to wait until tomarrow to put the lift on though b/c I had to go into work at 3.

Well, bad news... I got the front done - put the spacers in... But I went to put in the aal's in the back and they are for the wrong car... they are for a chevy... So I had to take it all back off. I'm just not gonna worry about it and I'm thinking about selling the Jeep.

because you bought the wrong AAL's ? lol
