hey everyone, i've been lurking around here for some time learning all i can. well the time finally came to lift the xj. finished last night around 5am. here are a few camera phone pics till i can get some good ones. next up is trimming.


Rusty's 4.5" with 33" ProComp MTs and Soft 8's
much more to come, it's an addiction

Looks great! 4.5" lifts and 33s just seem to fit together so well. I believe that's my next couple of mods.

trimming is todays job, i can't even steer without rubbing. time to embrace my inner sawzall and take it wheeling

only cut a little bit off the front fenders, had to do it by hand since the sawzall broke. i'm going to pick up an angle grinder and cut more then relocate the flares once i get a chance

I hope you got some bumpstops. I don't yet and everytime I go get dirty the tires do a little more self clearancing of the fenders. I really have to get those bumpstops extended.
