Factory window tint %

I plan on tinting the front windows on my jeep to match my rear windows. Anyone know the factory tint % on my 92 xj limited windows?

I would just go and ask them to match it the best they can. Im sure they know what would look good. Just ask'em!

any decent window tint place shold have the meter to measure what the back is.
have them measure it, then match it as close as they can.
make sure you're not running afoul of any laws though by tinting the front windows.

Check the laws for sure. I know here in NH we cannot have tint darker than 35%.

I was planning on doing the tint job myself. I went to the auto parts store today and tints are sold in 5%, 20% and 35%.

I think its 20 or 22 percent. I was getting my hatch window tinted to match the factory tinted side windows.......I think he said 22%. Some places only carry 20% though so, either way it's a great match.
