This is my '90 XJ that I've been playing with off and on for the past year. With the Jeep nearing the end of its first re-working, I wanted to post a few pictures.
The is how she looked when it was purchased (April 15, 06)
230k, 31s, 4" or 5" lift?
Quickly cut the fenders, tossed the swaybars
Picked up a set of used 34" LTBs (Sept 17, 06)
Soon after that it was torn apart sleaved the rear part of the "frame," trimmed the corners, added an anti-wrap spring (XJ main reversed) added s-10 springs and MJ rear shackel. (Oct 28, 06)
went out for a quick trial run after finnishing bumpers and adding YJ brake lines (Jan 2, 07)
Tore her back apart added a D44 from 87 XJ lightly trussed and lincoln locked (The brake line was attached before installing). removed T-case drop and added 231C guts and a SYE. Front XJ shaft lenghtened.
Jeep is still apart, waiting for a Lock-Right and Alloy front shafts.
thats all I have right now
