have an 1989 cherokee with a new 4.6 stroker, renix version. has 24lb injectors and bored throttle body etc. seems to have a small idle issue, from start up to warm up, park and in gear. it fluctuates 200 to around 500 rpms. doesnt die and runs great. but trying to figure this out. noticed the bored throttle body you could see small daylight all the way around the throttle plate. has new tps and tuned it in but still lopes a bit. any help in the right direction on what to look for would be appreciated...i know you shouldnt be able to see any daylight looking down the throat of the tb so wondering if this is the issue? and yes the plate is closing all the way, seems to be over bored slightly. also just a bit of throttle almost clears it up.
