steering stabilizer

ok i just installed the jcroffroad 1 ton steering and want to throw on my stabilizer. i have the kit from summit racing that they recommend but where do i mount it on the tie rod? should i have the shaft of the stabilizer halfway out? please help.

How do you like the steering setup if you dont mind me asking???

turn your steering wheel all the way to the right(towards the pass side), make it so that the SS has only like .5-1" of shaft showing, attach to tierod using supplied hardware, turn steering wheel all the way back to the left and have someone watch for any clearance issues
