Seat Brackets....

I bought a suspension seat to replace my drivers seat but I need a custom seat bracket. I called beard to ask how much there brackets were and they are $300!!! Thats more than I paid for the damn seat....Anyone here running suspension seats and made a custome seat mount? How did you do it and do you have pictures? I have a few ideas in my head but want to see what other people have done. Thanks
