Seat Belts

Any one know of a good place to get a 4 point harness for the rear seat. I want some thin that can hook to the origional ancor points and rap around the seat for the kiddos. All I have is the lap belts and want a little more.

i can think of three point that connect to stock location .... but where would you connect the 4th points that would be in the middle of the seat?

are you gonna fab a steel frame to the back of the seat? A cross bar welded into the C pillars?

Finding them isnt hard, all the big shops have 4 points, you need to solve where you are going to locate the 4th point though.

I had the same problem, only laps in the back. Boy was I pissed when they offered three-points in 90. After all these years I finally upgraded last month. Do the junk yard thing, make sure the outers latched will work in your inner (female) buckles. The mounting holes are already in your vehicle, just make sure to get ALL the bolts, washers from the donor. The upper plates will be needed to back your holes. I am told the old ones will punch out, but I made new ones because the yard refused to remove the old ones. Dont forget the plastic bushings that go into the fender wall trim.

All in all, an easy mod in a couple hours.
