engine swap, manifold questions

hey all,

in the process of swapping a motor right now 1990 4.0 swapping with a much lower mileage 1990 4.0.

the header and intake on the newer engine is a bunch better, so i want to reuse all that, but use my old injectors and everything. my fuel injectors are almost brand new 5.0 injectors, and the o rings are in good shape. the FPR is also new with new o rings. can i just pop the injectors back into the other manifold, or do i need all new o rings?

If they look like they're in good shape, absolutely.. Just lightly oil them with some motor oil, or rub a little gas on them to lubricate before you slide them into the new manifold, and you'll be fine, are you going to reuse your old fuel rail?

Yes, just put a little vaseline or similar on the o-rings to prevent damage.
