need help with tire wear

i have a 1992 xj with 6.5 inches of lift and 33 inch tires.i havent changed control arms yet but i dont think this is what is causing tire wear.all my tie rods and ball joints are good,my hubs are good,my shocks are good.my left front tire is wearing the inside half of the tire though and nothing else.it doesnt pull going down the road it doesnt sway or vibrate.can someone please help me with this.....tires are way to expensive to throw away like this
