difference in axleshafts

I need some axleshafts for my 97 cherokee, with the dana 30 front, the question is, will axleshafts from a 94 work in mine, the full inner and outer set?

basically, I broke the u joint tonight, and it snapped the outer axle shaft on the yoke part of it. so I could get a full set inner and outer shafts and u joints from a junkyard for cheap tommorrow, and I need to know if shafts from an older one will work, in my 97.

I know the U joint is the smaller 260, but thats alright, just need this temporarily.

thanks ILLXJ, another question, how long would you expect those to hold up with 33's? I only do really mild trail riding stuff, nothing too extreme.

if you are not running a locker and are not hammering on it they will be fine for quite a while.
