Best way to remove the trackbar from frame bracket/mount?

take a 3lb sledge (or bigger) and wail the side of the track bar bracket...some times you'll see the track bar drop down when it pops loose or you'll just have to stop hitting once in a while and give the track bar a tug..it is tapered...or you can use a pickle fork to seperate the track bar from the bracket.

I always just remove the axle end and with the castle nut removed, I give the bar a good swift yank downward towards the ground, make sure you grab the bar as as far towards the axle end as you can for leverage. It will pop loose after a couple of tries.

remove castle nut, flip nut over, replace, place a washer on castle nut, insert a deep socket between mount and washer, now when you loosen castle nut it will push on mount and force tie rod end out!

I'd say ditch it all and upgrade especially if you have any wobble
