wire buffs?>96

ok 96 classic. Radio goes out, as well as dome lights. im thinking ok fuse 9 must be blown. wrong, turns out whoever had it before me had a 15amp instead of a 10 amp. the 15 was damaged, but didn't blow, so must be a wire. The wierd thing is my door locks do not work either and they are on a different fuse block.

how should i go about testing, i have a light. and if i cant find the problem how can i hook up my head unit to run. The red ignition wire, and the yellow batt wire? hard parts are easy for me, wiring kills me! thanks

ok since no one knows, how can i manually hook up the radio? sucks with no music and i hate hearing all her creaks and groans!
