4x4 Low is out on np231

Hey guys my 4wd low gear is out on my np231. Just one day i stopped and tried to shift into 4 low and all i heard was a strange rattling noise. Does anyone have any advice?

First, make sure the linkage is adjusted right.

4Lo won't engage all the way if it's off.

Search for "Linkage adjust" there are several posts about it. Not hard to do.
