242 Overhaul/upgrades while apart?

Did not want to hijack the other 242 thread, so here's a question: We just tore apart my spare 242 to send the output shaft to Tom Woods for his H&T conversion. While this is apart, is there anything that should be replaced or upgraded? Following the FSM it really wasn't that hard to get apart and the internals look good (though I'm no expert) and the magnet only had a modest about of mushy grey particles--nothing scary looking. This has around 147K miles on it. Thanks for any opinions.

make sure to look at the plactic on the forks for there condition, mine fell off and i distroyed my forks.

Check the plastic pads that ride on the shift forks. Also check to make sure the pump is not clogged.

Thanks for the replys--will def. check out the plastic parts and the pump. Anyone else wanna chime in? While it's out of the truck and opened up I don't want to overlook any potential problems.
