When the power window switches fail, it's an easy fix. Pull the switch cover off the inside of the door, remove the individual plastic switch that isn't working. The backside of the plastic switch toggle wears down to the point that it won't activate the switch it touches, just cut a 3/8" long piece off of a thick paper clip and epoxy it in place right on the ridge line that contacts the switch. Let it cure up and re-assemble, been working like a charm for me for two years now.
