my farm jack bend

i was lifting my xj with it and it just bend

and the car almost hit me..

im sure i placed rigth

can i call farm jack and tell them to send me a new one???

where can i call them??

Before that, take pics. I haven't got a clue how you could bend that thing unless you were doing something wrong.

i had a highlift that twisted the frame and they gave me a new one, i also had a farm jack do it to me many times and everytime i just cleaned it up and took it back to TSC and got a brand new one.

Clarify that a bit - the frame of a vehicle or the "I-beam" of the jack?
