Check engine light

My check engine light is on and the code that I get is P0700. The jeep will not shift into overdrive all the time. I am guessing that this is a sensor, but I am not sure which one. I just replaced the TPS because I was getting that code too. Now it is just the P0700. Any info is appreciated.
