removing A/C, Idler pulley?

I want to remove the A/C stuff from under the hood of my Cherokee since it doesn't work anyway, has anyone done it, what did you do for an idler for the belt to go over in place of the compresser?

i went to the junk yard and found a xj without a/c and stole the pulley and mount.

Same thing I ended up doing (but there weren't any idlers up here - I had someone down south find me one...)

You'll probably have to replace the bearing - but it is/should be a Timken 203FF, and it takes five minutes with a vise.
