That completely sucks. I have a trail rig I've been building for years, anticipating taking it there one day. I hate to be a pessimist, but it seems like a lost cause. Some scum bag developer and a bunch of crooked politicians (is there any other kind?) will spin any resistance off and crush whoever they need to get their way.
