are the factory brake lines ok for full articulation with swaybar disconnected with the stock suspension, on a 97?

if you have no lift and stock articulation then you should be ok. If you relocate the brake line brackets and move them down a few inches, you'll get more slack.

Or, if you are worriesd about it, you can get the brake lines for a 95 YJ.
