I'm an getting vibes in my XJ. I have 2 inch lift on 30s.

Here is what we know.

It's happens around 47-55 MPH
It is significantly not as bad when I am in 4wd
It still happens at the same MPH no matter what gear I'm in.
I just had the wheel balenced.
No Mud or anything inside the wheels.

Let me help you help me. What else can I tell ya bout it?

Is it front end vibes, DS, or more in the rear?

Start off by checking out all suspension parts, Ball joints, track bar and mount, TRE's, control arms, unit bearings, rear leaf bushings, u joints.

There are a number of things that can cause problems.

It's your rear drive shaft. Remove it and drive in 4 hi and see if it goes away. You may then get buy for a little while with just new u-joints if you buy spicer joints a little longer. Degree shims may help or cut your losses and get a slip yoke eliminator kit and a CV drive shaft to fix it right. The newer XJ's are worse than the old ones for this problem.
