Fuel pump question

Whenever my jeep is on an 8th tank, and I turn left especialy leaving driveways and such, accelerating but not gettin on it by any means, it idles down, almost dies then sputters back to life again after I straighten up.
Is my fuel pump goin out? or is this pretty common, its only when i turn left and am on or below an 8th tank

My old 88 used to do that.

It's cause the fuel sloshes away from the pickup tube.
