NOISY AFTER LIFT?

I just put on a budget lift, itm getting a little noise between 55 and 65 MPH. Doecnt really vib. almost sounds like rearend noise but its more around the tranny to firewall. Any suggestions?
 
my lift was 4 1/2 inches and when i put it on then some parts in the engine bay leaned back and were touching the fire wall... because of the t-case drop and new driveline angles. Maybe thats relevent...
