Need Help with Engine Misfire

I have a 96 XJ with a 4.0 HO. I am getting a cylinder #1 misfire code. So far I have changed the plugs, plug wires, Dist. Cap, Rotor, ohmed the injector (within tolerance), checked the compression (120) and ran sea foam through the throttle body. I clear the code and it may come on the next time I drive it or a day or two later but it comes back. It runs fine but its driving me crazy not being able to fix it.

Any ideas or suggestions?
