SHOCK Lengths w/ long arms?

I have 6.5" RockKrawler coils. 32" long arms. 5" bumpstops up front.
I just bought Pro Comp front shocks:
30.5" extended - 17.4' collaplsed.

Does this sound right? I don't want to seperate a shock.

The Skyjacker shocks listed for a 6-8in lift are listed as:
EXT. LENGTH 28.75"
COLL. LENGTH 16.56"

You should be ok! I know mine(the skyjackers) were about perfect for my setup, could have used most ext. lenght, but the coll. lenght was perfect, I had about 1in of rod showing when I stuffed a tire into the fender!!
