97-01 Front End Conversion

I am currious on what parts are needed to covert my 92 XJ with the 97-01 frond end. Of coure the headerpannel, headlight door, parking lamp, and side markers are needed. But do you also need to put on new fender to have everything line up for does the old fender work?
 
I think the body lines are a little different, so when you install the 97+ fenders, the lines will not line up.

I could be wrong, but I was looking at fiberglass fenders for my 2000 and the 96 and older fenders did not match the body lines.... no big deal for me.... the cost of fiberglass fenders then painting has postponed this mod for me...
