New Water Pump..Running A Little Warmer

I just had a new water pump put in and now it seems to be running a little warmer. With my old water pump it was running about 160-170 with the colder weather. now its running about 170-190 with the new water pump. Is this normal? ive just had bad experiences witht he number 210. Everytime my gauge would get up to 210 or a lil passed, something would bust and poor out antifreeze. Just wondering if this is normal and the reason my guage was reading lower was because my water pump was going bad???

210 is normal operating temperature. Where was it pouring out antifreeze?

if you didnt burp the system to get the air out when you put the new water pump in, that can be a contributing factor in it running hot.
