New Shocks and Steering Stabilizer

I took my car to our personal mechanic for a check up, and all the fluid flushes possible. he told me that my steering stabilizer and my shocks are "leaking". i am not sure. long story short, does anybody have recomendations for shocks and SS for a Cherokee with 4.75" of lift on 33's.

I am only 17 years old and I figured I would try asking some guys who might have experience with it. I have searched with not a great amount of luck, and I have looked at some from RE.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm gonna say if it's a DD, most people would probably recommend OME suspension products if you have the coin.
