can I install a long AAL without taking removing the spring pack?

just trying to save a few steps and possibly broken bolts on my lift install. If it is possible to install long AALs without removing the whole spring pack from the jeep,how would i go about doing it? thanks,Ben

Yep, just drop the axle and disconnect the shocks from the lower mounts.

Remove spring clips, center pins, and the U bolts and you can just slide it in!
