t-case skid

pulled a t-case skid from a junkyard the other week, got around to installing it today. I know the OEM way to install is with nutserts, but with just thread-starters hanging around, I decided to go with those. Do you think two of these through the frame rail would be sufficient to hold that side? On the x-member, I am using two 13/32" bolts with 3/4" hex heads and those nuts with the teeth on the bottom to hold it in tight.

Oh, they called them that at the local Ace. I guess you would probably know them as self tapping bolts.

that should be fine. I have seen alot of guys use self tapping bolts to hold on sliders to the uniframe, so i would say you are ok.

i used a self tapper to attach to the frame side too
