Front axle swap-D30 4.56 open
Rear axle swap- 8.8 4.56 Aussie
OTK steering ala GoJeep
Radiator replacement
Fluid change
RE 4.5 kit
33's
Hitting the lottery

Anybody else got a list together?

Borrow trailer.
Finish tying cage into unibody.
Come up with enough money or credit to make it up there.

At least its a short list.

4.56 gears
SYE
Locker
Tie rod
Something warmer than my tent to sleep in.

I have a trailer, but nothing to tow it with.:(

Finish lift,lockers, front bumper, interior.....
Tow Rig
Trailer
Tell boss I'm going to So Cal, for a fourth year during Winterfest.
Figure out a way to pay for all of it.

Lets see, if I take the 85 the list is long:

MPI fuel injection swap from a 91 camanche
Install radio
put on the 33" tsl's
front driveshaft conversion
new tranfer case
spool the 8.8
electric fan
snorkel

If I take the 96 just put it on the trailer and go.:D

Well to make things better a few things could be done:

install radio
dual electric fans
new manifold, o2 sensors, muffler, and tailpipe
and many more.

Kim.

I'm trying to talk the boss out the Duramax dually to tow it. I'ill drive my junk there if i have to, but damnnn thats a long way from home if I break something.

Maybe I can get the 85 running and tow it out on a dolly. Then whichever one runs tows the other one home.:wow:

Just a few odds and ends I need to get done.
* Install header. (I'm really dreading this one.)
* Re-adjust front bumpstops.
* Get Co2 mounted in Jeep.
* Probably need an oil change befrore then.
* I ought to change the front diff. oil too I guess. Rear Diff and TC was done recently.
* Verify that I can borrow a trailer. Truck is taken care of.
David, that some of you have met at Redbird will be hauling my junk down to WF for me. If my plan works, I'll have him buying an XJ before long.:D
* Secure funds to allow me to bring all the raffle stuff back home. :laugh3:

RE6130 showed up from fullsize xj last night. I had some "splainin" to do when I got home.
Better to beg for forgiveness than ask permission.

replace busted CTM, make sure speakers still work (gotta have tunes) and paint.

Step one is done: I washed it last Sun. Ror took it to the Cliffs (which is a no no) at the end of Oct. while I was in NYC, broke it and brought it home caked in mud. I power washed every inch of it inside and out, scrubbed it and I even used soap!

We will also have a major install on the Dodge, which Ror will find out about on Mon. :) It's not a "must do," but he will want it done asap. I'm such a great wife!
