is that the upper control arm bushing thats pressed into the frame mounts? are they both the same?

I think they're the same.
Might want to try a local parts place.
autozone carries them, and they're cheap.

If your question is whether or not the UCA bushing for the driver's side is the same as the passenger side bushing, the answere is : Yes.
