Retainer Clips Delicate

I'm taking off the bumper endcaps and do not want to break the plastic clips. Whats the best tool to remove the plastic clips from the wheelshouse liner without breaking them. The flat head screw driver isn't doing the trick this time.... I don't have a specialty remover so any household ideas would b great thanks

I use a set of small needle nose pliers, or one those multi-purpose crimp tools that have the thin, narrow jaws.

Try side cutters or dykes. Squeeze gentle and pry.
