I have a 95 xj with a 3 inch lift.what year xj's will swap front driveshafts with me(D30)?mine squeaks.and also are they telescoping?:lickout:

yeah,there is a rubber ring workin' it's way out in the middle of the shaft.

when i greased it i think it was completly dry.it took about 7 pumps to get it to ooze out

a shaft from an XJ with the same trans and axle combo will work for you.

You can also get the metal cap with the seal from the dealer. I replaced one on my YJ a number of years ago and it was $10.
