5w30 in the winter, 10w30 or 40 in the warmer months. (0w30 would be an option for winter also, especially on those 0 degree mornings)

Mobil 1 Full synthetic at 10W30 weight.
There is zero sludge of any kind in this motor.
I open the oil cap, shine a light in there and its nice and silver aluminum color. 100k miles as well.
