Window wind noise...any suggestions?

I have a 90 XJ Laredo that I have soundproofed using Dynamat and now I would like to look into decreasing the wind noise from my front door windows. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have the vent windows? The reason I ask is that my 90' has the vent windows and it has a whistle noise that my other 3 XJ's with out the vent windows does not have. Ive been trying to get rid of that noise myself, I beleive that the seals around the window are bad since they leak some water as well.

Do a search on this - I think Eagle posted something about using silicone (not silicone sealant - just silicone lubricant/gel) to seal up the vent windows.
