Check Engine light-code 43 misfires

Hi-I am new but I did attempt to find this info and did not have any success. Have a 96 4.0 auto-check engine light came on 5 days ago-secured codes 43 (twice)-reset codes and changed cap, rotor, plugs,wires. Light came back on today with same codes. Engine SEEMS to be running fine. Changed CPS approx 2 weeks ago to resolve a crank no start issue which does not seem related. Thoughts???
