Need opinions on roof racks

I am looking for a simple roof rack that can be equipped to hold a 31 inch spare tire. It's going on a 1997 XJ with the factory roof rack.

What are you running? Have a photo?

My budget is restricted to about $300 including freight <ducks>

i'd also suggest a surco. they're cheap, light, won't rust, and will easily hold a 31" tire and other camping/misc. goodies.
