removing/installing shock Bar Pins

I think you can do this, keeping in mind if they are from an old pair of shocks to be put in new ones they will be the weak point in the setup. You should either be able to get the right shocks for the job, or you can order (or make if your able) bar pin eliminators. JKS, Rusty's and others make them, not to pricy but I know a few guys that made their own too.

Certainly it is possible...but why would you want to? If you look at the very bottom of this page...there is a couple threads on removing orig BPE's.

I also highly recomend the bar pin eliminaters or BPE's.
