I need to open up my 99 NP242 transfer case and take a look around. Does anybody have chapter 21 of the factory service manual that I could take a peek at?

I do, but its sitting on a shelf in analog form. What do you need to know? I've built a few 242s.

Nothing in particular.. just trying to resolve a problem i'm having with my TC. See my earlier thread:

you can get one on ebay for about 25-30 bucks, i would get a paper back one not a cd version. $25 bucks in paper back form is a life saving super bargain since youll practically print out the whole thing eventually.
