Cargo size?

I'm thinking of buying an XJ.... I do construction and need to know if the cargo area is wide enough to accept a 4 foot wide sheet of plywood. I prefer not to angle it...I know it would have to be on top of the wheel wells, but I'd be building a drawer system between them anyway...

If someone could get me dimensions that'd be great! Thanks

It will fit width wise on top of the wheel wells,but you only get about 5' of depth with the seat down and hatch closed.Can you say "ROOFRACK"!

Actually, I just move wood around occasionally at work... I can get by with leaving the liftgate open. It's the width I was concerned about. Thanks for the info!
