EXHAUST REROUTING

I recently put a hecthorn 4.5 lift and love it but the exhuast rubs on my shock boot and has melted it i was just wondering if anyone has found a new routing for the exhuast.

reposition it so that it doesn't hit the boot. or loose the boot.

i vote lose the boot... all they do is hold the mud in that is going to get in their regardless of what else you do... mud has eaten through 2 sets of shocks on my XJ before I figured out not to run boots... still going strong on the last set, twice as long as the first two combined

hmmm no boots interesting i guess u dont really see the rear shocks on a 90 xj i think i might try that.
