Solution for rear door, window track deterioration?

1988, 4 dr XJ with power windows.

The window channels in the rear doors between the roll up glass and small fixed glass have rotted to the point that there is air and water leaking into the interior. I priced the channel (part #55005666) at the dealership, $60 each..ouch!

I searched a salvage yard, all that I found had the same problem. I guess the Florida sun gets to all of them after 18 years.

Is there another source for these parts? Is there some kind of stock channel that can be used, or has someone come up with a home brew fix?

The 10 piece set seems to be what I need. I'm not sure if it includes the rear window tracks, I'm going to call them tomorrow and check. It is still pretty expensive, but better than the Jeep dealer.
