Ok well I got stuck in some really slick soupy mud, didn't sink or anything just couldn't get traction. I had my wheels turned most of the way to the right, and was on the gas and in reverse. The left front tire wasn't spinning and I dont know if the right was or not when all of the sudden I heard a clunking/ banging noise and the front end was hopping a bit. I got off the gas and took it out of 4wd right away. I don't know if this is normal as I am new to xj's. Could it be that this was caused by the vacuum CAD? or is it somthing else like knuckles? Thanks.
