Clutch pedal pressure going away

From time to time my clutch pedal will go to the floor easier than usual. It's got 106k on what is probably the original clutch but the clutch isn't slipping and the master cylinder is full. Anyone know if the AX-15 has a slave bleeder (98 XJ) and where it is, or is it self bleeding maybe?

Master cylinders are problematic on XJ's. Most likely the MC is getting worn and the seals are crapping out.

The slave cylinder on later model XJ's is mounted externally, but IIRC it is not bleedable like the earlier internal cylinder. It should come as a sealed unit that attaches to the master, which is mounted on the firewall.

So we're looking at a bad slave cylinder then most likely...

I don't think that the externals are bleedable. What looks like a bleeder isn't.
