Powertrax No-Slip SPOOL...not disengaging

so i go down to paragon this weekend, and before we even get there, we get off the highway into town, and i make a turn and i get a loud pop/bang out of the rear, which has never happened before, make another turn, same thing happened. and now the locker does not disengage when im turning, ever. it just drags the tire along and chirps like a spool. i have not had this locker long and i have been anything but hard on it, what is the problem here? any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated. thanks

pull the cover and look. the no-slip is a pretty solid locker, rarely has problems that are not installation caused .. and you said it was new? open it up, clean the oil off and post a few pictures..

Had the same problem with the one on my 30..... check the pins and springs...
