Differance in 4.0 and 4.0 HO

I have an 88 4.0 and a 91 4.0 HO. Just wandering what the differance is. Are the heads and intake the only differance, and the bottom end the same. Thanks Myron_23

However, just to get your search finger thinking, the bottom end is the same. Intake is different, throttle body is different and almost, if not all, sensors are different.
