ABS sensor

Can I take the ABS sensor gear off of D30 297 axles, and use the axle shafts for a non abs vehichle? I am assuming I can, but would like to make sure before I pull it from the donor vehichle. I searched for info on this but to no avail.

Sure you can. I don't even know that you have to remove the ring, I think the shaft just bolts right in.

cool just double checking. So you say i wont even have to remove the ring?

Nope. You can fit an ABS shaft in a anon ABS axle with no problem
