How to access antenna housing?

I cant locate access to replace the antenna? Is it behind the right front fenderwell splash guard? (Didnt want to start breaking plastic tabs to find out)

Not under hood and not behind inside kick panel. Cant believe all the friggin wires they pack in behind the kick panel!!!!

I just did new fenders on my 96 and the cable was easily seen. I do not have splash gaurds at all so you'll have to take them off. Obviously I didn't mess with replacing it, just re-installing it in the new fender. Shouldn't be too too horrible though.

Found the cable inside behind the kick panel. So the unit itself is behind the splash guard? Thanks!!

Dont even know yet if mines power or not. Antenna is broke off!
